Yes, you certainly can.
There are 2 ways you can do that.
1. Get a domain and have it redirect to http://cbglobe.com/x.cgi?id=YourCbglobeUsername (recommended)
2. Get a domain and have your http://cbglobe.com/x.cgi?id=YourCbglobeUsername appear in a frame. (not recommended)
